Whether you’re navigating life’s everyday challenges or facing something that feels overwhelming, we’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

We offer a wide range of therapeutic services to support individuals across all stages of life. With over 50 Practitioners, our experienced team work with children, teens and adults facing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, behavioural challenges, and more. We tailor every treatment approach to the unique needs of each person, because no two journeys look the same.

In addition to therapy, The READ Clinic provides comprehensive psychological assessments that offer clarity, understanding, and a pathway forward. Some of our assessment services include:

• ADHD Assessments — identifying attention and hyperactivity difficulties in both children and adults
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessments — providing accurate, supportive evaluations across all ages
• Specific Learning Assessments — uncovering learning differences that may be affecting academic or professional performance
• Dyslexia Assessments — diagnosing reading and language-based learning challenges with care and precision
• Cognitive Assessments — evaluating memory, processing, and intellectual functioning to inform the right support

Receiving a diagnosis or assessment through The READ Clinic is not just about a label, it’s about gaining the insight needed to unlock the right support, strategies, and resources for a better quality of life.

We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where every client feels heard, valued, and understood. Our multidisciplinary team brings together clinical expertise and genuine warmth, ensuring that care at The READ Clinic is always person-centred.
