One on one psychological therapy – focused particularly in Autism and ADHD – can see client’s via Medicare, NDIS, Victim Services (limited spots) and Department of veteran affairs (DVA)

My style of therapy is client-led, highly customizable, designed around individual preferences, sensory needs, and strengths. I bring a lived neurodivergent perspective to therapy, offering a space that is authentically affirming and tailored to you. Rather than trying to change who you are, we focus on strategies that make your environment work better for your needs.

My practice includes a sensory-friendly environment—featuring low lighting and fidget tools to help you stay regulated—alongside quick, data-informed feedback scales each session so we can visually track your progress and adjust therapy to what works best for you.

With a background that includes Headspace, I work with neurodivergent young people aged 16 and up as they navigate high school, university, TAFE, and beyond. My approach balances a strong, ongoing therapeutic relationship with practical strategies that bring notable positive change as early as possible.

I also support families by involving parents whenever appropriate and providing education on how to effectively support their neurodivergent teens or adult children.

My practice is based locally in Gosford 2250 NSW, offering accessible, neurodivergent-affirming care right on the Central Coast without families needing to travel into Sydney for specialized support.
